Captures demand

Search

People typing what they want, right now. The highest intent you can buy, paid per click.

  • Google
Responsive search ads on exact and phrase keywords, negative lists from day one, bidding moved to target CPA once conversions are steady.
  • Microsoft
Imported from Google, then bids, devices and ad copy adjusted for its own audience; LinkedIn profile targeting where available.
All four lines:Search and Shopping capture demand that already exists; Social and Video create it; Retargeting brings people back. Most accounts start on one line.

A planning map, not a media plan. Formats and availability differ by country and change often; I check them for your market before anything is set up.

What you can hold me to

01You own every account

Ad accounts, pixels, tags and audiences are created in your name. I get user or partner access that you can remove in one click.

02Spend goes straight to the platform

Your card is on the ad account. My fee is a separate invoice, never a percentage hidden inside the media bill.

03One plain-language report

Each month: what was spent, what it brought in, what I changed and what I will test next. All channels on one page.

04Written quote in one working day

After the free review you get a fixed monthly fee in writing, per channel, before anything starts.

Where should the first €1,000 go?

Choose a goal and where you are today. A plain rule, shown below, suggests how to divide a first monthly ad budget across channels, and why. Nothing you choose leaves this page.

1. What should the ads bring in?
2. Where are you today?
€1,000

Ad spend only. My management fee is separate.

For leads and enquiries: Google €600, Microsoft €150, Meta €250.

example rule

One square, one fortieth of the budget (€25 each).

Google€600Search campaign on high-intent keywords, exact and phrase match.
Microsoft€150The same search campaign imported, bids set for its own click prices.
Meta€250Lead form or landing-page campaign with three creative angles.
TikTok€0Not in this plan: lead quality from TikTok is hard to judge early.

Why this split

  • Leads: search intent comes first, so Google carries the most.
  • Running with working tracking: the starting shares apply as they are.
Show the rule
  • Starting shares (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok): leads 60, 15, 25, 0; store sales 45, 10, 35, 10; brand 15, 0, 45, 40.
  • Starting from zero: keep only the two largest channels, so the budget is not spread thinner than the platforms can learn from.
  • Profitable and growing: move 10 points from the largest channel to the smallest channel already in the plan, as a test slot.
  • Any channel left under €150 a month is folded into the largest one. My rule of thumb: below that, a channel rarely gathers enough clicks in a month to judge.
  • Amounts are rounded to €25.

How a new channel goes live

The same five steps for every line on the map. One channel at a time, so each result is readable.

  1. 1

    Review

Read-only look at your accounts, site and numbers. You get a written review, free.

  2. 2

    Measure

Conversions, consent mode and server-side events tested with a real lead or order.

  3. 3

    Launch one line

The channel the splitter points to first, with a written test plan and a budget cap.

  4. 4

    Read weekly

Search terms, creative, placements and cost per result checked every week.

  5. 5

    Add a line

A second channel only when the first has a known cost per lead or sale.

When I would not run paid ads for you

Ads amplify what is already there. Sometimes the better spend is somewhere else.

  • 01Your site cannot turn a visitor into an enquiry yet, or nothing is tracked. Fix the landing page and tracking first; ads would only buy expensive guesses.
  • 02Your margin cannot pay for a click. If a sale earns €8 and a click costs €1.50, the maths rarely works. Check it with the break-even ROAS calculator before spending.
  • 03The budget would be split across four platforms at €100 each. Pick one channel, or put the money into SEO, which keeps working after you stop paying.

If it does not work out: the fee is monthly and you can stop with the notice period in your quote owner to confirm: 30 days. If the numbers do not justify the spend after the agreed test period, I will tell you so in writing and help you pause cleanly. Accounts, data and history stay yours.

Questions about paid ads

Which ad platform should I start with?

Start where your buyers already show intent. For most service businesses that is Google search, later mirrored to Microsoft. Stores with strong product photos often start with Google Shopping and Meta. TikTok suits products that demonstrate well on video in seconds. The channel map above shows what each platform covers.

Do I own the ad accounts?

Yes, always. Accounts are created in your name or your business manager, billing runs on your card, and I join as a user or partner you can remove at any time. If we stop working together, you keep every campaign, audience, conversion setting and the full performance history.

What budget do I need?

Enough for one channel to learn, which depends on your click price and conversion rate. As a rule of thumb, plan at least €500 to €1,000 a month in one channel before adding a second. The splitter above shows how I would divide a first budget, and the reasoning behind it.
