Recurring prices are per month. Ad spend is paid by you directly to each platform from your own account. Partner (white-label) rates are set per agreement. Payments added to a new store build are included in the store quote and itemised; Pikselipolku does not process money or hold card data, and fees depend on your contract with the provider. Linux care plans are billed per server per month; managed hosting launches only if the owner confirms it. Mobile app prices are proposed and owner to confirm; app store fees are paid by you. Custom software and POS prices are proposed and owner to confirm; integration monthly fees cover hosting, monitoring and API changes, and third-party subscriptions (POS, accounting, delivery middleware) are paid by you. Market pages start from the same prices; GBP, USD or CAD invoicing only if confirmed in your quote.
Terms
Payment
Projects: 50 % at start and 50 % at delivery. Monthly services are invoiced at the start of each month.
Notice
Monthly services can be ended with 30 days notice. A three-month start is recommended for SEO.
Ownership
You own your domain, accounts and content. I work inside your accounts.
Revisions
Each package names the rounds of changes it includes. Extra rounds are billed at the hourly rate of €95; out-of-hours or emergency work is +50 %.
Questions about pricing
Are prices including VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes Finnish VAT at 25.5 %. Use the toggle in the estimator to see totals with VAT. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are usually invoiced under the reverse charge, and customers outside the EU usually pay no Finnish VAT; confirm with your accountant.
Do you work on monthly retainers?
Yes, for ongoing work. SEO, ads management, care plans and ecommerce SEO are billed monthly at the start of each month. There is no long contract; monthly services end with 30 days notice. For SEO a three-month start is recommended, because changes take weeks to show in search results.
What if my project does not fit a package?
Then you get a custom quote. Describe the scope in the form below and I reply within one working day with a written fixed price, split into parts so you can drop or add items. Small extras and changes outside a quote are billed at €95 an hour, agreed in writing first.
